Arts in Marrakech (AiM) International Biennale

L'AIM International Biennale è nata nel settembre 2005 [1]. E' il primo festival trilingue del Nord Africa (inglese, arabo e francese). [2]. L'AIM è un associazione no-profit che cerca di promuovere gli artisti e la cultura contemporanea in Nord Africa.

1° Edizione 2005

Il festival del 2005 hanno partecipato ospiti tra cui Hanif Kureishi, Esther Freud e Annie Lennox. E' stato inaugurato il Wonderful Fund Collection al Museum of Marrackech, una collezione di 100 opere d'arte contemporanea [3]. Hanno partecipato 64 artisti tra cui Sarah Lucas, Grayson Perry, Jake and Dinos Chapman, Tracey Emin and Gavin Turk [4].
